College Sports: To Pay or Not to Pay

The debate continues...and while the debates continue...the revenue grows...over 1 billion dollars to be exact.... is it fair that these players work as hard...if not harder.. than professional athletes... and still not receive monetary income... they study... practice... train...watch game film... etc.....sounds just like the pros to me...without the classrooms...Do these college players work on the court not matter...if not for the great athletes that committed to play at these schools..would the schools generate such a massive revenue gain...Are the student athletes not valuable enough to receive a monetary profit/allowance...for their hard work and diligence...because let's be honest...if their were no student athletes...there would be no billion dollar industry.
